Welcome Thunder Burgerz

In 1958 the movie Thunder Road appeared on the big screen. It was a movie about running moonshine and was made in the Asheville area starring Robert Mitchum. My father Roy Trantham Jr. was in the movie also and so was his white 1936 Ford coupe. In remembrance of him, Thunder Burgerz was born. We offer amazing, charbroiled burgers and chicken with many varieties. Also, we offer BBQ, Tenders, Great Wings including the World Famous “Earl Sauce” from the Legendary Mack Kells in Asheville. We are located in the Asheville Mall and provide large TV’s to watch sports and cartoons while enjoying you delicious meal. Our mission is to provide hot fresh burgers and many other delicious items with super friendly service to our Asheville community.
